Pretty easy deal. They sent me a video via WhatsApp about where to go and what to do in order to hook up with them. Van was very nice. Driver didn't speak English but that was OK. He was a little old and slow but we got to our destination just fine

I booked 6 private transfers with this company during our stay in Turkey. We wanted luxurious transfers for a reasonable price and that was what we got. We would have spent 5x the amount had we gone through our hotels for the transfers, so it was definitely good value.
Our driver was great! He gave us a lot of great information about Istanbul and was overall a kind and energetic person. The car was very comfortable and a convenient way to get to our hotel.

Our transport to the airport started very well as expected; we were coming home from Istanbul to Sydney. Our driver showed up on time at the hotel, was very cordial and the vehicle was a super comfortable van. We arrived with plenty of time to spare, only to realise we were in the wrong airport in Istanbul - we went to the Asia site whereas our plane was departing from Istanbul airport on the Europe site. We contacted May Travel immediately and the same driver that took us came back to collect us and take us to the right airport. We did not have much time to be on time and we were 70km away. During the trip we were trying to pay online for the extra transfer and due to a combination of security protocols, bad internet etc etc we could not pay for the transfer online; we were getting pretty anxious by then, Even though our payment attempts failed, we got to the correct airport on time and took our flight. The gentleman at the May office we spoke with all this time was very reassuring and told us to not stress, and that it would be ok for us to pay them when we arrived home. We appreciated the trust, the care and obviously the service from May. I cannot recommend them enough, they will go the extra mile to ensure that their service is perfect. Thank you for letting us finish our perfect holiday in a perfect way.
Had some hiccups with meeting points and pickups! The great part was able to communicate with dispatcher by either WhatsApp or phone! Was running late for the drop off! However the dispatcher called ahead to Cruise services to let them know we were running late! Driver very accommodating stop for drinks and was able to communicate for return trips to airport! Made sure AC was comfortable etc! A must use services from airport to wherever!
Deniz and his team were absolutely amazing. Our flight was late departing Athens by nearly two hours, I rang Deniz and he told us not to worry, was in constant communication and when we finally arrived approx 4:30 in the morning we only had about a 5 minute wait for pick up. Fantastic service from a great company. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it, they go over and above on service and prices are great! Thank you for everything Deniz! Directions on where to find driver were very clear and easy to find. Transfer easy and seamless. I had booked the transfer the day before and accidentally put in the wrong date. They kindly refunded my money for the wrong date when I scheduled the correct pick up date. Highly recommend!

Pre-bookable taxis in Istanbul are really hard to come by, which is why we decided to pre-book and airport transfer. I'm so glad we did. Our driver was punctual and we travelled comfortable in a luxury minivan. It was also the same price as a taxi.
It was a little chaotic at the pick up location. You have to walk to the end of the terminal and across the street with all your bags. If you can’t do that you are better off using a can. Nice Mercedes van and the driver was nice.
