Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the flight are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Date Changes
You may change your flight date free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight, subject to availability. Date changes are confirmed only if seats are available on the new date. If available, your booking is moved without any change fee.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Hot air balloon flights in Cappadocia depend entirely on safe weather and operating conditions. If your Cappadocia hot air balloon flight is cancelled due to weather or official flight restrictions, we will first offer to move your booking to the next available flight date free of charge.
If you cannot change your travel dates or no suitable flight is available, you will receive a full refund. There is never a cancellation fee when a flight is cancelled due to weather.
