Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the flight are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Date Changes
You may change your flight date free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight, subject to availability. Comfort baskets have fewer seats, so date changes are confirmed only if seats are available on the new date. If available, your booking is moved without any change fee.
Weather Cancellation Policy
Hot air balloon flights in Cappadocia depend entirely on safe weather and operating conditions. If your Comfort Cappadocia hot air balloon flight is cancelled due to weather or official flight restrictions, Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Tickets will first offer to move your booking to the next available flight date free of charge.
