Date Changes

You may change your flight date free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight, subject to availability. Private baskets are very limited, so date changes are confirmed only if a private balloon is available on the new date. If available, your booking is moved without any change fee.

Weather Cancellation Policy
