You may cancel your reservation with Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Tickets free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@cappadociahotairballoontickets.com.

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the flight are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Date Changes

You may change your flight date free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled flight, subject to availability. Extended flights have limited seats, so date changes are confirmed only if seats are available on the new date. If available, your booking is moved without any change fee.

Weather Cancellation Policy

If your Extended Cappadocia hot air balloon flight is cancelled due to weather or official flight restrictions, Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Tickets will first offer to move your booking to the next available flight date free of charge.

If you cannot change your travel dates or no suitable flight is available, you will receive a full refund. There is never a cancellation fee when a flight is cancelled due to weather.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed and your booking confirmation from Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Tickets is issued.
